Yak-Zies Wrigleyville

We were looking for a place after a game were we could grab a beer and some food with a small child. There are very few places in Wrigleyville where this is possible and we figured who could screw up bar food...this place can! We started out by ordering 3 beers and only received 2. By the time the 3rd beer arrived we knew we better order or we may not have seen our waitress again (though it was not even our waitress that took our order). We order wings and 3 meals. The wings arrived a few seconds before the rest of our food which did not give us enough time to enjoy them. When the burger arrived, it was disappointing and the fries were cold. We immediately talked to someone (again, not our waitress because she had not been back yet) about getting new fries. By the time we had finished the poor burger, disappointing quesadilla and average shrimp, they finally brought the fries. We indicated we did not want them at this point given that we were done eating and the food was bad to begin with. I asked to speak with a manager. I need to ask 2 different people before they sent over one of the people that was waiting on us. She indicated she was the manager and explained they were short a waitress that evening. Okay...that may explain that it took 3 different people to get 1 round of beers and a order of food to our table but that doesn't explain how a bartender cannot get 3 beers poured and how the cook could serve cold fries (given the rest of the food was warm). The manager was willing to give us 50% off one of the meals and a free beer and the bill still came to $43.00. Do not waste your time or money.

We loved the food service was great drinks great,we got the bill cash only server was great l blame you the establishment have a lot of signs,cash only very upset took all my cash for tip money for all other places shame on you.
