The food is fine, especially for what you pay. People on here are complaining about the quality of service from the cashiers, but I've never had any problems. While they may not be smiles and sunshine, they're never rude and my food is usually ready in under 5 minutes. Can't complain about that. Of course, that availability may say something about their food.

I like the food here but the service is poor. You don't even get a smile from the cashier. I used to go there a lot but I prefer to dine in a place where I feel I am welcomed.

Food is good/great...service absolutely terrible! This is the only place I tolerate with bad service because they're food is really good... smoothies are awesome... but I still cannot get the stoic faces behind the counter... personnel as pleasant as their decor! Whatever....I always do carryout and cannot wait to get out of there. I'll just chalk it up to a culture thing ... I'm done thinking about their horrible service.

Good food if you're up studying late. Poor service. So hard to order delivery, really to the point people...

Service is poor. Food is good, just a little over priced.. I used to be a regular, they have no manners whatsoever even though Ive been there 75+ times, 80% of the time they don't say a word to me during the transaction other than the price.

The food's not great -- not nasty; I eat it on occasion, but always feel greasy and nutritionally unsatisfied after. Slightly better than food court Chinese. Cool people, doing a job. Not much more.

I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a quick bite to eat and will offer a few days of leftovers. Great for take out and delivery.
