    Great Food and Portions

I use Muu shoo pork as a standard for nonbuffet Chinese food. This MSP was outstanding. Just the right amount of "darkness" to the filling; thin, large pancakes and a great Plum Sauce. Filled by waitress tableside with chopsticks. I hadn't had MSP in a while and this opportunity didn't disappoint. Sampled tablemates Sesame Beef (wow!) along with Cashew Chicken and Beef with peapods. Really good with nice size portions. Pot Stickers fresh and BBQ pork solid. Looking forward to return.

    Best Chinese Food Ever!

I started going to this place nearly a decade ago when I was in college. I lived in the area then and fell in love with all their courses, but particularly the Crab Rangoon is out of this works and the Kung Pao Chicken is life changing! I have since moved a few times, but would drive to pick up the food even when I lived in the loop!

Great for Carry Out, Eat-In Varies

The food is hot, portions are generous, and it's all good. A carryout order usually takes only 15 minutes (have never tried delivery as I live only two blocks away). Dine-in is a different story... It depends on your waitress. One of them is borderline rude and makes no compromises. The other I've had is an absolute sweetheart. She doesn't mind if you take awhile to decide. She lets you substitute white meat for dark (the other says "No, we don't do that!"). The food is good enough and prices are decent enough considering the humongous portions (I can make four meals out of it) that even if you get the rude waitress, it's worth it.

    "Wing Hoe! What you order?"

That's how you are greeted on the phone. Has been for years. The food here is always very good. The service and their attitude is NOT. For 10 years I've been taking lunches to customers and Wing Hoe used to be my first choice due to food quality, delivery and value. I continued to use them even though I thought their attitude was poor. After yet another rude, condescending encounter with the lady on the phone last summer, I finally said "no more." I echo many of the sentiments above. They don't seem to realize that there are lots of place to choose that don't give "attitude" when ordering. Most of the places I've used go out of their way to be friendly to keep your business. Wing Hoe is not one of them.

    good food but poor service

The employees are very rude and unfriendly. Sure the food is good but its too pricey. But the customer service is truly terrible. Not only do they take a long time to attend to your order and serve it, when they finally do they are impolite and they didn't even apologize. They treated us poorly and I would never go there again.

Good food, extremely rigid management and unfriendly customer practices .

While the food is very good they are not respectful or appreciative of repeat customers as they have the gall to charge .35 cents for a thumb size condiment if your order is a carry out order. They also refuse to give you soup if order is to go and demand you get a drink instead claiming container is too expensive even though everything else in order is in containers. By the time you get done with all their rules and regulations you lose your appetite for the food or to return again.

    Excellent food, great service

First, I love the food! When I dined in, the service was nice. However, I saw a lady yelling on the phone. Plus, the air conditioning was a problem. I look forward to seeing changes the next time I come again!
