Not Impressed
All 3 of us felt it was double the cost of the products we ate; 2 ribeye dinners and 1 filet. The 7oz filet was half the size of the baked potato on the plate. 7oz is 7oz but wow, the presentation was poor. My ribeye looked nice but was slightly over cooked. Was not a prime cut at all. Very little marbleization. Asparagus for 2 of us was so al dente that it seemed they picked it very quickly chared it and serve. I think potato chips have less crunch. 60$ meals no way at all. Beer was reasonable if not on the cheap side for the place.

Hamburger Heaven
Without a doubt this is the best Hamburger I have ever had. When visting Chicago we always go to the Weber for lunch. They grill them the way you want them on Weber grills. Its the best!

not worth the money
food was ok, atmosphere strange, and prices outrageous - not worth the money at all. there are better options out there in this tight market, why spend it here..

Best Ribs in Chicago
Weber must have done something to their ribs because they are awesome. I always thought they were great before but now they are melt in your mouth, fall off the bone juicy goodness. They are the BEST ribs I have tasted. I also think their shrimp cocktail is the best in the city. I have never had a bad meal there. My fav restaurant !!

Large Meats
Despite the hurried service and tourist-barn atmosphere, I really did have a good piece of beef at this restaurant. Not sure I care whether they cook it on an actual Weber grill, but they claim to. Waiter couldn't wait to turn our table, which was irritating, and my potatoes were cold, but you don't come here for the potatoes, you come for the steak, and after an appropriately rare full pound of beef, I staggered out satisfied.

Staying at the Hilton Garden Inn
Stayed at the Hilton right above Weber's, and it was raining so this was a convenient choice. Loud restaurant, and tight seating, and packed early in the evening. Food was good, not great, service was attentive, and quick. Will go again

Rating the Burger
Its is one of the best burgers I've ever had. I am from NYC just moved to Chicago. My friends all say the same thing, go to Weber's for the burger, its amazing. I agree, the burger was juicey, big, cooked perfectly, and the meat tasted really fresh. I am only rating this place on their burger. I will definately go back for this reason.
