Waffles

The Brussels waffle was excellent, hot &crispy, but ask for the fig jam. It's made by the chef and it is perfection! Can't wait to go back for the Chicken & waffles. Good coffee too. Seating could be better (chairs sat low and then there is a bench, with no back)

So I went her with my boyfriend around 9:15 am on a Saturday. We were sat right away. They sat us up against the wall. If you get sat on this side of the restaurant be prepared. The tables are so close together, you have about an inch between each table. There are other parts of the restaurant where they have long tables for groups, or where you actually have elbow room. The food is very unique. I'm such a fan of waffles, and I love to make them, so I was very excited to find a place that does unique things with them. I had the waffle with cheddar and short rib. It was very flavorful, I did expect the cheddar cheese to be orange, than the white cheddar. I never thought I would eat short ribs and waffles together, but it was delicious. My boyfriend got the create your own omelette, that comes with potatoes and toast and he ordered a side of turkey sausage. He really enjoyed his omelette and said that the potatoes were very good. The potatoes were very good but different, think of a potato that is cut into silver dollar sized pieces with the skin still on, fried. The crowd was mixed,the larger tables had the families with children and there were a lot of couples dining together. I will go back again, to try one of the other waffles. Hopefully though they will have either, gotten rid of one table along the wall, so that I have elbow room, or that there is an available table on the other side of the restaurant.
