7 people ... business dinner. Every person said it was one of the best meals they've had. Not one person was unhappy. Not cheap ... but well worth the $!

I went with a group of 6 business colleagues, expecting a top notch meal, and service, we got neither, all the food is overspiced, tasted the same, service was so poor we had ask waiter for more water. We waited over an hour for our meal to arrive at 7pm. The food came separately over a 20 minute period. One colleague's steak was cold. No bread or butter was offered. I had heartburn all night. None of our group will ever return. Oh yes it WAY OVERPRICED.

Went here with some friends for the first time. I was worry about the spicy food but not to worry they have other not so spicy food. The seafood stew was Awesome. If you go ask for Micky he was our waiter and he was the best.

I have dined here twice. Alone. Both experiences were excellent and I wish I have all the money in the world so I can dine here as often as I like. I keep coming back for the Chili Mussels. Sides such as Coconut Rice and the humble Naan as perfectly cooked. I will definitely come back for more.

Beautiful atmosphere...heavenly food. Try the dal soup (bean), the seafood stew, the chocolate hedonism dessert (just a few of my favorites). This is an unbelievable dining experience. I dream about the food I ate there. The service can be slow, lacking...be prepared to spend your time. I have eaten there, at other times, when the service has been very good as well. But your patience will be rewarded with a palate that is in ecstasy.

Dined at Vermillion last night after reading the reviews. My experience was less than appitizing. I ordered a vegetarian thali that took forever to arrive. Pindi chana was so tart that I almost left it untouched. I would say however that their Dal Makani was one of the best I have tasted after visiting numerous Indian restaurants both in US and Europe. It took almost 20 min for them to bring me pudina parotha and when it arrived, the curries were all cold. One would expect a very attentive staff at such upscale restaurants. Sad to say that my water glass was barely filled once and I had to call the waiter a few times before I could get his attention. Overall I would not recommend this restaurant to my friends.

I ordered the "Goat curry" and it really was the best goat curry I have ever had (and I have had my share of goat curries). It was perfectly seasoned, marinated and cooked. It was on the spicier side, which is always a plus for me! However, the entree only came with one small Naan, so I had to order couple more. The Naans were really light and freshly made, loved them. The ambience was beautiful, shades of gray, red, black and white, all of my favorite colors. The walls were decorated with huge posters of gorgeous Indian models, male and female, how appetizing! Well, the menu is kinda pricey, but it is soooo worth it. Overall, I highly recommend trying out this place at least once.
