Red Beans and Rice with Jerk Chicken
Tried the Red Beans and Rice with Jerk Chicken at the Taste of Chicago - AMAZING! Beans and rice were cooked perfectly, not too dry and not too wet and the seasoning was just right - not too much, not too little. Chicken was tender and thoroughly cooked and the jerk flavoring was fantastic - tasted like it was slow cooked all day. YUM!
