Don't believe the naysayers
The price you are paying is for quality ingredients and the portions are perfect. It's not some juke joint it's freakin Bill Kim. If you want cheap go to Chinatown. It's a simple place with amazing food. All about the food. Not the atmosphere or service. Just eat your delicious food and enjoy. Coat rack? Sit on it.

Yummy! Love it..
The Ramen is very addictive. I really cannot get enough of the Urban Ramen with pork bellies. This is a great take place that service quality food. I'm glad that I found this place and will be back frequently.

So-So All The Way
I don't get the fuss about this place at all. The food is way overpriced for what it is (both quality and quantity), and the menu is quite limited. Everyone was cordial, but for a restaurant that was almost empty when I went the staff could have been a bit more attentive. In short, I would say it's a terrible value plus needless attitude for a place located in a strip mall. Totally not worth it.

Great food not so friendly
We loved the food here, but the resaurant is not so customer friendly. There is no place to put your coats. PLEASE get a coat rack or hooks behind the tables so people do not have to put their coats on the floor or keep them on. It is Chicago. Hate the idea of waiting in the vestibule, so try to get here early. Our order was messed up but we definitely liked the food. Might decide carry otu is a better option than eating in.

Great food a bit pricey
Great noodles with some creative new styles though the portions were a bit small and the food a bit pricey. Don't come here if you're starving.
