We chose this place to celebrate a special occasion. When we walked in, we were very excited to see such an awesome venue. Unfortunately, that was the highlight of our experience. First round of drinks took over 20 minutes to arrive. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time, but was not good. The menu looked inviting, but did not deliver. In fact, it was really poor. The ribeye was a piece of grisly fat, can not believe they served it. Second round of drinks were even more difficult to get. Despite discussion with, not one, but three separate managers, service continued to deteriorate. Dessert plates were placed and taken away 2 different times. During that time our waiter was absent for over 30 minutes. Despite our calm and repeated attempts to get some attention, we received none. The topper was they had the audacity to charge an automatic gratuity. Very disappointing and a real downer for our celebration. Spend your money elsewhere. To many great spots in Chicago to return to Untitled.

I was disappointed. I was expecting speakeasy/roaring twenties inspired music and decor. We arrived before any band played, and the music played overhead was not related to the theme of the restaurant at all! The decor was very boring. None of the staff dressed from the speakeasy era. The food was all right, nothing fabulous. The only exceptional element was our server.

No title, a metal door, but behind a cosy nicely designed place, isolated if you wish privacy. just nice on all counts.
