    Over rated and expensive

The Tasting menu was Very limited and fish was over cooked. No Vodkas to choose from. In order to get to the restrooms you ad to go through the kitchen; horrible for such a high priced restaurant.

    overrated and disappointing

I am sorry to say that I have to agree with the other mediocre reviews of this restaurant. Very pretentious - food was good but the menu was so limited that there was little I wanted to eat. The wait staff consistently removed my plate before I was done eating. Noisy and crowded atmosphere. Definitely not worth the money.

    Your Menu Hurt My Eyes

Yes someone has finally done it...create enough hype and the masses will knock down the doors. Well I finally found a restaurant in Chicago where there was not 1 thing on the menu I could eat. Th menu actually hurt my eyes or was that the dim lighting & tiny font. Yes we brought some clients to what we thought would be a fabulous dinner & my clients had to ask the Server for dinner suggestions...very confusing. Sorry to say we had to book out 8 weeks for this big disappointment!

    Overrated, disappointed

Portions too small, flavors were there but overall the food is overrated, service not at the level of a fine dinning restaurant, we were quite dissapointed of the whole experience mostly after planning our visit for so long just to go back... with almost empty stomachs, left before finishing our food...

    Overhyped

Waited 90 minutes to be seated and was herded in when restaurant opened. Staff were gracious. Drinks were excellent. Expected wider menu. Great artwork on the walls, but noisy & crowded. Food was warm but not hot on arrival. Server forgot to provide second forks. One entree overdone. Very flavorful, but sauces were skimpy. Overpriced & overhyped. Would have preferred to go to Cenitas.

    Atmosphere Pleasant, Portions Small

My fiance and I went with his mother and grandparents. We all enjoyed our meals but the portions were very small. We all cleaned our plates, even two 80 year olds that have a hard time finishing anything! I requested a vegan option and the waitress had a little bit of attitude about altering the menu. She gave me two salad options and a vegan enchilada, which I chose. The atmosphere was pleasant, however the hard of hearing grandparents had trouble hearing us with all of the background noise. I was also sitting in a position where a lot of traffic was grazing my back. The final bill was quite high. The highlight of the dinner for all of us were the drinks. The Mexican Mojitos were delicious.
