What a disappointment. bought a cake for $400 to feed 100 people and nothing was right except the small side cake that was to feed only 1 person. The larger cake was to have chocolate and yellow cake but was only chocolate with the wrong type filling. When left from the initial meeting to setup the cake everything was noted well and should have been completed without issue. But of course, we didn't know that when we picked it up that is was wrong and the event was in the evening. Cut into the cake around 9:00pm and the whole thing was chocolate, so of course I was mad sense it wasn't fully eaten.. I didn't even eat it since I don't like chocolate cake.. I left a message for them about the issue and the following day went there only to wait 10mins for her to prepare a bs party line "I'm sorry, you feel that way, we stand by our work. If you like I can give you a $10 gift certificate" and she repeated that through the whole meeting.. I wasn't even requesting all my monies back but some acknowledgement of the mistake made but instead she back peddled changed the pickup order form I signed marking over things and said that these were changes I requested.. Why would I order a completely chocolate cake when I don't like that at all? Unpleasant experience.

We ordered our son's 1st birthday cake from tipsy cake. We got the baby einstein caterpillar, and it was not only the exact replica of the actual caterpillar BUT it tasted delicious! All of our guests loved it as did we. Tipsy Cake will be doing all of our birthday's to come. We are delighted to have come across such a kind business owner who just happens to be very good at what she does!
