Beefs, combos and Hot Dog's

Good Quick Food
Patio is a Taylor street institution that reminds you of what quick good fast food should be . I been in this neighborhood now 8 years and Patio given me some great sandwiches as well as nice little catering packages that have had my guest going um mm good .

First Time at the Taste of Italy Aug. 2011
I ordered a beef combo Sunday at the Taste of Italy....It was to die for. My mom and son were so busy complimenting the sandwich as they ate... Guess where I will be eating, my son just moved on Taylor Street?

THE BEST I EVER HAD
Every time i use to go to the University of Illinois Chicago Medical Center, I use to con my dad into buying hotdogs and french fries, with a large lemenade. he brought it every time. I am so in love with the food . It is so good. Truly the best I ever had!!!

love the beef sandwiches!
When I come to Chicago for the summer, my first destination for good food is The Patio and their roast beef sandwiches, double dipped with hot peppers. My mouth is salivating as I type this... The fries are an awesome treat as well, but I only come for the beef...

Just get and go
Love the food , love the location .. make sure u try the combo its good ... they have these lil catering packages i get when i have lil get togethers they are so nice and affordable also .

Great food, authentic Chicago
I lived in Chicago for many years and watched several authentic places sell out or close their doors. One place that still maintains authentic Chicago fare at an incredible price is The Patio. If you want ambience and a maitre'd, keep looking. If you want great food at unbeatable prices, nice service and a taste of what Chicago really was, come here. Obviously, you are eating Italian beef and hotdogs, so a rating of 5 would be a little ridiculous, but for what they serve, they do it right. I moved from Chicago several years ago and can afford any restaurant in the city. The Patio remains must-do place for lunch every time I return.
