poor customer service!
We just ordered a large order at work. I asked for the total on the phone which they gave me, but never told me a 15% gratuity was already added to the check. I addded my own gratuity in addition to the total. Needless to say, we were all surprised that the check had 15% already added and the driver ended up getting $25. Also, the food was mediocre. Pastrami had literally 3 thin slices of pastrami.
