friendly staff good food
The staff is very friendly and they fare about the quality of their food and service. My only complaint is they should give you just a little more food but regardless still a great place!

Good fried rice
I've eaten in once. But live near so when I feel like having their fried rice as a side dish I just order it and pick it up in 20 minutes.

Fresh and good food
This is one of the best Thai resturant for carry out or dine in around in the Northwest Chicago area. The food is always fresh. The customer service is always excellent. The portions could be a little larger. But the food is well worth it. I highly recommend The Elephant for great Thai food.

Good Food, Good Service
The reviewer from Edgebrook is incorrect. The Elephant is a wonderful place and I'm glad they are close. The food is definitely way above average, not great, but good enough that we probably order from them once a week. The service is very good. They are always very polite and call me by name. Our family hopes The Elephant stays in Edgebrook a long time. One more thing, it's not that expensive either.

Good Food, Bad Attitude
I have enjoyed the food from this restaurant several time both in the dining area and by delivery. While the food is very good, it's quite expensive and the service is the most unpleasant I have ever encountered. The delivery driver is rude and the staff in the restaurant is no better.

Good food but no bang for the buck
I like the food very much at Elephant. But at my most recent visit I noticed the portions were smaller than before. I love their Emerald noodle dish is out of this world. However, the tom yum soup should have had a little more shrimp and both our entrees the pad thai chicken and lard nar beef portions weren't really even enough for one person and my husband and I were to share our dishes. I don't think I'll go back for a while.

Best Thai in Edgebrook
This restaurant has great food at great prices. I recommend the Basil Chicken and the Tom Yum Goon soup. Also the crab rangoon and the bubble tea is really good. It's BYOB so it's really easy to have a great meal under $30.
