Excellent
By far the absolute best Falafel I have ever had. Everything is really good and always fresh! If you like soup, you must try the lentil - it's amazing!!

fast, friendly, fantastic food!
my office is about a block away from Taza and it has consequently been a staple in my lunchtime diet for the past 6 years. seriously, seriously -- BEST Mediterranean food you will find downtown. very authentic. everyone comments on the falafel because they have their recipe down to a science. i almost wish i had never had their falafel, because it's ruined every other falafel i've had outside of their restaurant. none measures up. but, i digress. it's a small joint, but it's perfect if you're looking to get some good grub from good people at a great price. oh, and the chicken schawarma is to-die! mmm....

Great service
It was my first time at Taza and I was very pleased with the food and service. My parents had never had middle eastern food of this type and the owner placed out free samples for them to try. The food itself was excellent and was very authentic. Also the portions were more then enough and it was a great value for the price we paid. Service was great and the food was served quickly and everyone in the restaurant was very friendly. The owner actually came around and was talking with people and was very personable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good middle eastern food, I will definitely be making a return visit.

Very Poor Service
Great food but the service when calling for a delivery is not good. Very rude. When I was trying to place the order the man asked if I could call earlier in the future to place orders. Is this suggestion always asked to every customer? How could we call earlier if we didn't decide on a place to order until we called? Doesn't make sense.

Best falafel in the Loop
This place has the best falafel I've been able to find in the Loop or anywhere downtown, for that matter. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The lentil soup is excellent. And it's cheap, too.

Falafel Heaven
This place is awesome. I just started a new job near this place and go here a few times a week. Great food. Fast service. Cheap!! There always busy at lunch but the service is fast.
