Very good at a great price
For simple but tasty Indian food cooked well, Star of India is a bargain. The BYOB saves on cost and the prices were reasonable. The taste and flavors were exactly as expected and the service was very good. Great for a good, reliable and delicious Indian meal. Atmosphere not for a romantic night out or client dinner. Diner-like but worth the good meal.

Some good dishes - Some horrid dishes
Tandoori chicken was good!! Chicken Tikka was too dry. Chicken Biryani should never be ordered from this joint, it was a travesty. All their gravy dishes have the same sauce and same flavours. The nans and parathas are very good.

Best Authentic Indian Food in town
I am lucky to live nearby, but I would come from miles away for the food. They recently remodeled and the place looks great. You simply can not eat the food.
