I brought a business guest from out of town to Sikia on June 6th. This was my first time and will not be my last. This jewel of a restaurant was a surprise to him. He raved about it all the way back to the airport. Every attention to detail from the hostess greating you upon arriving to the server giving you your check was an expemplary experience. The food was excellent. The fried ice cream was outstanding! Mmmm good!

The first time I went to Sikia restaurant, I went with a friend and left feeling as if I had a 5 star dining experience. The food was wonderful as was the service. I went back to Sikia by myself for a repeat of the same dining experience. This time they had a brunch menu. What a wonderful experience! For an appetizer I had smoked salmon and bagel chips. The salmon was fresh and flavorful and the name "bagel chips" do not describe the light crispy,melt in your mouth experience that they created. The main course I chose was quiche with duck and asparagus. The first time I ever had such a combination, it was delicious and perfectly done. The desert was also delicious. I am a bread pudding fan, but I know that it takes expertise to produce a really moist one with intense, balanced flavors. It had layers of rich vanilla and intense chocolate throughout. It was perfect! The service staff are friendly, polite and attentive. They are attentive without hovering over you , which I appreciate. It is difficult to remember that it is a school because the quality of the food and the service are excellent. I will be coming back to Sikia to dine whenever I get a chance.
