Best Dim Sum in Chicago!
I've been eating weekend dim sum here for years, and all of my out-of-town guests and friends are treated to Shui Wah for breakfast. The dim sum is cooked to order, incredibly tasty, and cheap (as good dim sum should be). The minced pork dumplings and fried squid are out of this world. It gets SUPER crowded after 9 or 9:30AM. If you are lucky enough to live close by (like me!), you can call in your order and pick it up 15 minutes later, avoiding the need for the hour-long wait for a table. This place is popular for a very, very good reason. Best dim sum in Chicago without a doubt.

Best dim sum!
I've also tried many places for dim sum. This is the best yet. I hate restaurants with the carts with the dim sum in it. You always have to wait and by the time they get to you, the foods cold. At Shui Wah, you order what you want to eat and they bring it to you fresh and hot. You don't have to wait for the stupid cars. Also, the ingredients are fresh. Portions are big. Price is cheap. Must try this restaurant for their dim sum. Best in Chicago! Other than the ambiance, everythings great!

The best dim sum ever!
I have been to many dim sum places around chinatown but this is the best ever. The prices are good for the portion size you get. and service is nice and fast specially during lunch time. it is a great place to take friends who never had dim sum it would be a very nice experience.
