I have been going to shiro hana for many years. I was eating their food all the time when i had my daughter. Now she asks to go whenever we have the chance to! My favorite dishes include the agashi tofu, teriayki chicken, and melt in your mouth sea bass :) Then I like to finish my meal off with the deep fried ice cream. You dont really get your choice of waiters, but the older japanese guy has always been nice. I would recommend shino hara to anyone who is looking for good food at a reasonable price.

Food is good, service is average, management... very disappointing. I was a fairly regular customer because the service is not bad and me and my wife like the food, until today. Its supposed to be a family friendly place but its not, my 8 month old started crying because he got hungry, my wife was preparing the formula and one lady showed up at the table telling me that I had to control my kid, or in other words shut him up, because they had more customers... unbelievable. Asked for my check, put my card in the check presenter and when she came back with it, instead of saying thanks, she told me in a very rude tone: "Here". I won't be coming back at all, and I would encourage not going to this place, its a shame that a good place like this gets shadowed for that kind of rudeness.

I had the Superman and Hawaiian rolls, both were excellent, and though not exactly cheap, I have paid alot more for similar rolls at other places nearby. The dynamite roll was covered with too much chili powder to even taste anything else, but pretty much matched the description.

This place has ok sushi but the prices make it way overcharged. They nickle and dime you with changes in the combo menus, claiming because they give you a discount on their already high prices that they should charge $1 for every change you request (even if it is to a less expensive nigiri). This would not be my first place I would go back to for a night out for sushi.

This place is very affordable for quality sushi. The fish and rolls are much bigger than the local “hot” spots and the prices are much lower. Wednesdays they run a special - $3 Maki night with a limited menu of popular rolls. Try the spice Tuna for $3 or the salmon & avocado and you’ll return.

This is the best sushi for the price. At first I was skeptical because its so affordable, but its great. I especially love the seaweed salad. The atmoshere has all the charm of a strip mall, but it's comfortable and friendly.
