Exemplary
In the past couple of times I have been to Shark's on 79/Halsted, the fish products, in particular have tasted very fresh, cooked to order, and I have seen same cook there for years, that's reassuring. By and large, franchise, when compared, is better than most. A real find on the Southside of Chi.

I like it
I like this location better than any other I've been to. I don't like that is shares a space with subway (hate the smell of subway). The fish & chicken are always fried to perfection. Sometimes the fries could use a lil extra time in the fryer but they're still great.
