Holy Smokes!
Make sure you can tolerate a fair amount of smokey air before going to this Korean BBQ. But as long as you can tolerate it, the short ribs are incredible!!! whatever the marinade is on the meat, I want to put it on any kind of meat, and then use it as a dipping sauce as well. Fantastic! If you order the BBQ for 2 (so you cook it yourself at the table), you get soup, rice, and about 30-40 little bowls of different tastes of things. Lots of vegetables, most of which I couldn't identify, and didn't care :). Between my guy & I we would eat all but 1 or 2 of them and several we would wish for more of. A great introduction to this type of Korean cuisine! And fun, too :)
