Ask for the specials
The food is good but don't just order from the menu..ask about the specials. The authentic food is made special on the weekends and the dinners are not your typical falafel sandwiches or anything like that. They are what you would have in average arab household.

Salam is the best! Makes you feel great.
Salam is the best. The food makes you feel fantastic. It is delicious, fast and inexpensive. The staff is fun and helpful. Service is the best in Middle Eastern hospitality no matter who you are. Right off the Kedie L makes it easy to pick up a great lunch or dinner.

Salaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaam
Salam food has been around for a long time. The quality of food is un-matched. These guys are so authentic that there are two other psuedo ME restaurants flourished around them.My girl friend did feel that she was stared at though. I guess many of the patrons are recent immigrants and may be a little curious. But that only adds to the true authentic experience.

Best Arabic grill on the North Side
I think the title of my review says it all. Go next door to Nazareth for good Arabian sweets.
