Mushy Fish...
We ordered the salmon app and fries...both were delicious. High hopes for the main, until I took the first bite. The poached halibut lacked all consistency and was not at all flaky or even appetizing. The chef took offense and did not even comp the poorly prepared dish. This restaurant certainly did not live up to expectations!
