Rosebud on Rush

Prepare to wait even with a reservation on the weekends. The place is very busy. The food, menu and servers are really great. It's loud but always enjoyable. We return often.

Lunched there recently. Everything was as I wanted it. Food,service,atmosphere were very good. I highly recommend.

I must say that I really enjoy this place. The food is fresh and portions are XL. The service could be better but food makes up for this flaw. Great pasta dishes, fresh seafood, flavorful recipes, perfectly cooked carne and chicken dishes. If only they had better service to offset the high prices.

Depending on the night and what is actually available from their menu, the food is exceptional. The problem here is not in the food preparation but rather with the service and managment. They are frequently out of menu items which require you to select another item. I assure you that other item will be very good, it just won't be what you orginally wanted. I don't understand why this establishment has difficulty in managing its inventory. The wait staff is also not the best trained which further lessens the experience.

Really good pasta, but if your gonna do Rosebuds, make sure to do the Taylor Street version. Just seems like the food and atmosphere is always just a bit better, a little out of the way, but worth the cab ride.
