This was our first visit and we were very impressed. There are a lot of options (Thai, Chinese, Japanese) on the menu. The owner was helpful and answered all of our questions. The food was delicious! Freshly prepared and served so hot the plates were steaming as he brought them to our table. Tried the Chicken Satay appetizer. Tender pieces of chicken were marinated in a light curry seasoning and served with yummy house made peanut sauce and a fresh cucumber salad. The Pad Thai was huge and cooked to perfection. We ordered it with chicken, which was tender and flavorful. We also tried the Spicy Basil Leaves with Beef, which was served with colored bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and fresh basil leaves in a delightful spicy sauce over a large mound of steamed rice. two drawbacks -- parking is paybox only street parking and the storefront restaurant is a bit small. Since it was pretty crowded at lunchtime, we ended up sitting in an available booth by the door; and it got really chilly each time the door was opened.

If you're already a fan of Thai food, you'll appreciate what's offered here. I've tried about a dozen dishes on the menu, and all of it has been well prepared and very tasty. I spent 3 years in Thailand and appreciate the quality of the cooking here. If Thai food is a new adventure for you, this would be a great place to acquaint yourself with this wonderful cuisine. It's a non-intimidating atmosphere, it's run by a wonderful family, and it's great value for your money. Highly recommended!
