Year-Round

Anti-Hero IPA india pale ale. an american hop assault for all the ambivalent warriors who get the girl in the end. "look, i ain't in this for your revolution, and i'm not in it for you, princess." this iconic ale features a blend of four hop varieties which creates a crisp bitterness and imparts massive floral and citrus aromas.   
Eugene Porter robust porter. a striking, robust porter full of warmth and chocolate malt. eugene is a robust porter named after eugene v. debs, an american union leader and activist who led the pullman railroad strike in 1894. an assortment of belgian specialty malts form a complex structure of toasted grain and caramel flavors. dark chocolate malt makes this porter black as night and infuses it with its distinct intense, chocolate essence.   
Bottom Up Wit belgian-style white ale. our interpretation of this classic and refreshing belgian style ale is brewed with organic pilsner and wheat malts from canada. freshly ground coriander and curacao orange peel, along with a special wit yeast strain, contribute wonderful orange and citrus aromas and a crisp, yet silky, mouthfeel.   

Specialty

Coup D’Etat french-style saison. our interpretation of this classic, french- style saison is naturally fermented at a higher temperature, which creates a more citrus hop character and a stronger, earthier aroma of spice than most traditional saisons.   
Double Fist double pale ale. originally brewed as the 100th beer at our brewpub, this strong pale ale packs a serious punch with massive hop flavor. intense dry-hopping brings a deep, resinous, citrus blast reminiscent of cutting into a fresh bag of hop pellets.   
Cross Of Gold golden ale. crisp golden ale with a delicate hop finish. this is our lightest ale and it is brewed with a bit wheat malt for body and munich and aromatic malts for and undertone of honey-like sweetness. lightly dry-hopped with cascade hops for that classic american golden ale aroma.   
Oktoberfest german-style oktoberfest. a classic german-style oktoberfest beer that goes down smooth with a pleasant, toasty malt flavor. hallertauer hersbrucker hops give the beer a crisp, balanced bitterness and a spicy, earthy aroma.   
Fistmas Ale holiday ale. red ale brewed for the holiday season with specialty malts to achieve a beautiful deep red hue and the aromas of fresh baked bread, caramel, and stone fruits. steeped with ginger root and orange peel.   
Mad Cow milk stout. smooth, charcoal black stout made with lactose for a lingering sweetness.   
Rosa Hibiscus Ale hibiscus ale. a highly drinkable ale steeped with hibiscus flowers and a touch of orange peel for a natural tartness and slight pink hue.   
Rise american stout. utilizing pale ale malt as the base along with english roasted barley and dark chocolate malt the resulting medium bodied beer is rich and complex with notes of dark roasted coffee and baker’s chocolate and loaded with american hops such as amarillo, and chinook to achieve aromas of citrus and pine.   
A Little Crazy belgo-style pale ale. pilsner malt base provides a nice toasty flavor with hints of caramel and enough fermentable sugar to make this a rather substantial beer. pilsner malt is the base with a little carapils and belgian caramunich. hops in brewhouse are magnum,cascade and citra with a dryhop blend of citra and cascade. this drives home the aromas of fresh citrus rind to make this a very drinkable and extremely aromatic belgian american pale ale.   

Deep Wood Series

Straight Jacket barrel aged barley wine. a strong ale to warm your insides in the dead of winter. deep aromas and flavors of dark stone fruits, bourbon, molasses, toasted coconut and vanilla come in waves.   
Very Mad Cow barrel aged milk stout. our milk stout aged for many moons in woodford reserve bourbon barrels.
