Walking in downtown Chicago, you come across many diet-buster restaurants. This restaurant is definitely a diamond in the rough! It's laid back feel and great, quick service contributes to a fantastic overall experience. You can either order and sit-down, or take your meal to-go. The workers really know the menu, and we're eager to answer any questions I had. (I'm very picky!) Sure, the menu basics are mostly vegetarian, but you can add chicken to almost every dish, so there's something for everyone. The protein shakes are incredible too. You could choose between soy or whey protein, and soy, almond or cow milk. I got this white bean and kale soup, which was incredible. And for the quality of the food, it is a very reasonable price. My meal was around $9 for two cups of soup and a protein shake. The manager came out to make sure everything was going all right, and all I could say was job well done! I definitely recommend the protein bar to anyone looking for a delicious and nutritious meal! The best option for a fast food alternative.
