Plenty of Food No Taste
Clean, warmly lit, Friendly young female at register. Placed takeout order for eggrolls, beef teriyaki, combo egg foo young, Mongolian beef. Sadly the best of the lot were the eggrolls but they were hardly exceptional. Basic food ingredients were there but undercooked - al dente onion, green pepper, leek, beef RED. No trace of teriyaki or mongolian flavors. Watered down gravies or sauce. Primary seasoning was salt - which was its sole grace. No mention of the ubiquitous MSG often found in Chinese food. Plenty of food - yes. Prices average. Healthy f00d should not be tasteless - which this food was .

Best Orange Chicken in Chicago!!
Plenty has the best Orange Chicken in Chicago. I had tried orange chicken from other restaurants, but it does not compare to Plenty's. Its crispy and sweet at the same time and you really taste the orange in there. Their egg rolls are the best egg rolls I have ever had in a Chinese restaurant. They have this distinct peanut flavor inside of them. Their fried rice is simple but its fluffy. Their lunch portions are huge. Two people can eat from a portion and its very cheap. As for the restaurant size its small but clean.

our fave chinese
This is our new fave. Everything we're had has been good but we particularly like the spicy garlic chicken. They have a few levels of heat and alway ask how spicy you want it. Had to call the restaurant once becuase the delivery guy refused to come upstairs - wasn't going to drag my baby downstairs cause the guy is too lazy!...hasn't been a problem since.

Plenty Chinese restaurant
This is rapidly becoming our fave neighborhood Chinese delivery place. The food is pretty good, the restaurant is really clean and delivery is reliable. I love the fact that you can order small or large portions of any dish. Great value for the money also.

Plenty Good in the Neighborhood
You're not gonna find better Chinese in these parts, and decent neighborhood Chinese delivery is harder to find in Chicago than a filled pothole. I can only think of 2 other good ones on the north side, so give 'em a shot. Don't forget to tip your delivery person well! Good for takeaway too.

Plenty fresh food, plenty inexpensive
This is a neighborhood Chinese restarurant. I only had one dish and egg rolls. The service was good and the food came fast and was fresh. I think there could have been a bit more flavor in the sauce on the chicken and peapods, but it was still good. Some of their other dishes undoubtedly have more flavor because they are intrinsically more flavorful, like General Tso's chicken. The place is plain but very clean. One of the unusual and pleasing features of this restaurant is that you can order small or larger servings of a great many of their dishes, even for dining in. Some vegetarian dishes are available.
