Great authentic Thai
Great spot. We just moved from NYC and were searching for an authentic Thai place; we've found it. Tried five different dishes and all ofmthem were terrific. Definitely recommend giving this spot a try.

Fresh and Delicious
I love little places like this because you walk in and there is an open kitchen with one guy back there cooking your food. He talks to you while cooking and you know that he genuinely loves providing quality food to his patrons. The food is wonderful. Spicy if you want it and always fresh. You want more veggies, he adds whatever you want without a moments hesitation. This little gem is the kind of place you would eat every night just to keep them around. Yes, the food is that good and they really are that friendly.

Pho is Authentic with a capital A
Frasca was a 40 minute wait on a friday so my out of town friend and I wandered to Pho. It was BYOB so we bought beer at Whole Foods. Pho is a tiny place, but the food is probably the most authentic thai I've ever had. I ordered "spicy", thinking it would lead to the underspiced thai food I am used to in Chicago, but i was wrong. I could barely handle the spice in the chicken pad thai I ordered. The flavor was so good that I couln't stop eating it! When I go back, I will order "mild" as it is the most authentic thai I've had in 5 years in Chicago. Don't expect a trendy "thai" restauraunt, but, instead, an amazingly authentic and flavorful eatery that will beg your return. By the way, the bill for two was under $20, so, needless to say, it was well worth it!
