    Blah

Too over priced for avarage tasting food. I'd rather buy tacos from a street vendor

I want to change my last name.....

To PEREZ!!! I love this place so much that I got a tattoo of the Perez logo on my arm. LOL! JK! Seriously this place is top drawer. Hats off to the folks at Perez. My favorite is the Wednesday special...Rib tips with zucchini. Mmm!

    Great Food at Great Prices

The food here is always excellent. The portions are huge, the food is always hot, the drinks are excllent, and you can't beat the combination of great food at a reasonable price. Plus the waiters are nice and efficient. There isn't any atmosphere, but don't let that stop you. Check them out.

    AMAZING!

I've been going to Perez now for three years, and I absolutely love the authenticity of this quaint restaurant. I ran across an article in GQ International that mentioned if an individual found themselves in Chicago looking for great art and food, Body Builder and Sportsman Gallery and Perez was the best combo. I mentioned the article to the waitress. She had no idea how big of a deal it was, then again, she didn't know what GQ magazine was either. I love this place, one of Chicago's best little secrets.

Not worth your time or money

Our food taco dinner and a chicken burrito were at best average. Server was indifferent. The atmosphere hmmmm? A table of women with young children dominated this small restaurant. While one child screamed and cried, his mother yelled back about how she planned to take him outside and beat him. Not exactly a restful or peaceful place to eat. Why bother?

For the location its one of the best

You can't really go wrong with Perez Restaurant for the area. They have great service, nice people and good music to listen to. The food isn't the best i've ever had but, like i said, for the location its the best you can do.

    Great value

Good food at a cheap price. We just moved here from Texas, so we konw what Mexican food is supposed to taste like.
