Good Comfort Food
This was my first time at Pearl's Place, and won't be my last. I had the buffet of collard greens, fried chicken, macaroni and cheese and yams. Everything was very tasty and I like that at the buffet, the chef serves you as opposed to self serve. I did not have dessert, but am looking forward to their peach cobbler on my next week. If you're looking for some good soul food, I highly recommend it.

nice place, great breakfast.
food was great, loved the atmosphere, only one waitress, which accounts for the slow service, but she was working very hard and the staff was very courtious, overall I would definitely reccomend this place.

Kid-friendly? Huh?
2 kids, wanted buffet, me wanted nothing already ate, no kids buffet if not adult buffet, what? Kid menu does not state this rule. Greens are Glory Greens from can--trouble. Spaghetti merely editable. Gumbo half bowl for $10/ not full round. Place was not crowded and I see why.

Pearls is a Pearl
Pearls Place is absolutely Awesome with a Capital A.I carryout an order or sit down for a meal weekly. My favs are the sweet potatoes, greens,smothered chicken and the fried catfish. Also, the buffet is great i can carryout an order an have food foe 2-3days.The food is fresh and not saturated with salt or gravy.The staff is very customer service friendly ,when I'm there Jimmy is exceptionally helpful. The only improvements would be to have tastier salmon croquettes

Good food & Atmosphere
I enjoyed eating at Pearl's. The food wasnt like super amazing. But it was good. I will definitely be going back. The breakfast potatoes were awesome. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Yummy
Food was AWESOME! When I want to eat I go here.... I have been to tons of restaurants and often the food is just average this food is best I have tasted in some time. Also, anyone who says they choose service over taste is not a true foodie...
