tried this place last week and was pleasantly surprised.....big portions, hot and delicious. loved it so much gonna order again

Great food, Friendly service! I called once ten minutes before closing and they still took my order for delivery :). Also something wasn't on the combo menu but they also gave me that as well. They also thank you for coming in and never give attitude

Big 4s is one of my favorite Chicago restaurant!
I'm so glad that Big 4s has come back to the neighborhood! I've loved their food ever since they were across the street in summit. I really enjoy the shrimp fried rice. Yum! Portions are huge also. I get good service whenever I am there. The big guy, Tony, really knows his food and customers. I Just wish that they have a bigger dining area. Overall, I am very pleased. This is definitely the spot to go to get my Chinese food fix.

the food is great, but wanted to share this with you, I have been a customer for about 3 years, we usually order 2 to 3 times a month, for what I can remember we had about 3 to 4 situations, were we were disatiesfied but they corrected it...a couple of days ago I ordered and one of the dishes I always ordered had a lot less portion than ussually, so I called and the manager gor upset and said to me that the prices had gone up so they are giving smaller portions...so I told him that instead of given smaller portions to upper the prices...as a loyal customer I know that a large order of beef is enough for my family to share...and was not rigt that all of the sudden is not enough....the manager got mad and said that he will give me credit but that he will never deliver to us again...is his lost there is many places were to order from...
