Yesterday's Apples
This must have been a great place - once! I don't know if it's the neighborhood or the economy, but out of veal at 6PM on a Saturday night? The baked clams are to die for. The recipe is among the best I have ever tasted, but the clams were rubbery. They serve rolls instead of Italian bread. There's an Italian bakery next door! Go buy bread. The Marinara sauce was absolutely reconstituted and not fresh. Bottom line - they're cutting corners to save money in all the wrong places - the food. Bring back the past because I can tell it was glorious.

Evaluation
Its a small italian restaurant, great little place. They have HUGE portions of food. I went with my family and the atmosphere was ok. The resztaurant owner greeted every table but ours. I was also a little disspointed that I could not get assitace due to the fact the our waitor didn't know the menue or wine list. They do have a great viriety of wines.

Quality Eats
I've eaten at most of the Italian spots in the neighborhood and I'm kicking myself for not finding this one sooner. But I have made up for lost time by ordering from them twice a week since. The chicken picatta and margarita pizza are the most delicious I've found as of yet. Also, the delivery can be surprisingly fast and there is plenty of warm, delicious bread. Go now, you found the place to eat tonight.

GREAT for the buck
Excellent little Italian restaurant on Grand. I have only eaten there once, but get delivery almost weekly. Especially when Im low on the cash and need leftovers, their portions are very large. I like the variation on the menu, and what they do, they do very well. The signature Angel Hair pasta is always a good judge. Good pizzas too. Another nice thing, when delivered, it is always hot, always well packaged (to a point worth mentioning) and generous with the bread and what-nots.
