One of the most wonderful aspects of O'Briens Restaurant and Bar is that it's in the coolest neighborhood, Old Town. This beautiful beer garden and indoor compound has helped to transform Old Town's already bustling bar and boutique scene. The bar consists of 3 main areas. As you enter, you'll find an attractive, airy courtyard anchored by a picturesque, tropical like bar. To your right there's a sizable painting that spans the whole length of the patio. On the other side are paintings of historic people who dined in the restaurant/owners. Efficient waiters move quickly about the place, taking orders, and you can also order drinks at the bar on the patio or the inside sports bar like area. For dinner, sit on the patio (heated and tented throughout the winter, or cozy up in a booth in the fine dining room. You can also sit in the bar where several tables await you. The outdoor area is more atmospheric and romantic, but the energy inside can be great fun. The bar offers several great drink specials, food specialties on a changing menu, and quick and confident, know-it-all bartenders.
