We were there Christmas morning and we normally have great service, but the waitress we had that day was very cocky and didn't seem to want to answer questions. First I asked if I could get a two egg omelette instead of the 3 or 4 egg omelette (she wasn't sure how many eggs were in the omelette) she told me no they don't do that. Then my husband asked for thin toast instead of greek toast (he can't have anything with seeds) and instead of explaining in a nice way or saying I'll see what I could do or offering another type of toast she told him that was the only toast available, then she started getting cocky and asked why he was yelling, he wasn't yelling that is his normal voice, he is hard of hearing and normally talks loud. This waitress definitely could use some training on how to talk and treat her customers. Again usually service is good. She came to the table to ask if we needed anything else and didn't even bother to grab our dirty plates (service 101), she was not busy and was talking to people at a table across the way for a while leaving the bus boy to do all the coffee serving and to take away dishes. We did leave her a $10.00 tip cause it was Christmas, but we should have given the tip to the bus boy, he was great!
