My Vote for Best Soul Food Restaurant
Miss Lee's receives my vote for the Best Soul Food Restaurant in Chicago. To say that this is "comfort food" would be an understatement. The atmosphere leaves a bit to be desired - since they only provide carry-out service - but the food is so good that you'll generally want to eat it the comfortable confines of your home anyway! And of course Miss Lee is wonderful also - very approachable and always with a few kind words or sentiments. The chicken and dressing is excellent! Yessssssssss!

As she say.....Good Food
The place is carry-out only, but Ms. Lee's sho nuff has good food. I've tried many soul food establishments in Chicago, and finally found real soul food. Tastes like my grandmother and mother's food from back in Alabama. You can tell she doesn't cut many corners like some of the others have done. Wow, it's Sunday again.......I'm on my way there now!

I have visited Miss Lee Good Food on several occassions and the food is always great. The workers and the owner is very friendly. The customers are very found of Miss Lee good southern home cooking. Miss Lee will also give you the receipes to any of her dishes, most people who cook dont like to give out there receipes. I pray that god will continue to buisness her buisness.

iI think that this is avery good resturant. I would recommend this restaurant to any body who wish to have good food at good prices. this is a must.

Good Soul Food
I was really impressed with the food and courteous service. I ordered the baked chicken with dressing. I have not had any soul food this great in a very long time.
