Best Wrap
I have lived and worked in Chicago for 20 years and the Skirt Steak Wrap is a top 2 sandwich in the entire city.

Go doing Peak Lunch Hours
I love this place and go at least once a week. If you go after the peak lunch hours the chicken is left over and old.

Great food, but service is hit or miss
I work downtown, so having lunch here is a fairly common occurence. The salads are great, especially the Fatush, and the Chicken Ceasar wrap is also a favorite. I would definitely say I come for the food and not the service. Sometimes, you have to constantly repeat your order since everyone is trying to do everything so fast, they either forget or don't listen to what you're asking for. I've noticed with the salads, that you have to pay attention to everything they're putting in because sometimes they forget a main ingredient. You don't see them smiling too much at you behind the counter, but I guess it gets so busy they forget. Overall, the food is great and quick, but the service sometimes borders on rude.

Awesome..Healthy..Great Taste
We were shopping and stopped at the 520 N. Michigan ave Nordstrom food court..We all decided to eat at Mezza..about five of us all ate something different..What a great concept and delicious healthy sandwiches. I tried some of all my friends pitas and wraps and each one was better than the next..my favorite is either the Spicy chicken(which is not spicy hot, but spicy flavorful) or the Grilled Skirt Steak Wrap. Anyway you have to try this place.
