great food, authentic middle eastern cuisine
This is a wonderful little restaurant and I am also wondering why it is not packed - go and try it out so it will stay open!

Wonderful Mediterranean!
I have no idea why this place is not always packed, I am a native of California and grew up with tons of ethnic food options, mediterranean being a personal favorite (my standards are high) this place had a comfortable atmosphere, good service, and delicious food! I got the Chicken kabob and my boyfriend had the steak we loved it! great food, huge portions, delicious lentil soup! Everyone should try it!

Best Spot in the Neighborhood
Mediterran food is my favorite, and this spot is definitely my favorite restaurant in the entire Lincoln Square/north side of Chicago. Assyrian dishes are phenomenal! The restaurant is extremely clean, comfortable, and elegant. It's a weekly must for my group.

Great addition to the neighborhood
Finally visited Med Grill for the first time the other day and the food was amazing! Best chicken we've had in a while!

Solid Mediterranean Good Value
I really enjoy the food at this place....The chicken shawarma is good and the falafel and other vegetarian dishes are all really good. The lentil soup is delish. The atmosphere isn't the best, but it's a fine place to sit down to an impromptu dinner...nothing super fancy. BYOB, too, which is nice. All the people who work there have always been very courteous and awesome. This is the best Mediterranean I've found in the area. I recommend!
