    Just Go There!

Never had a less than five-star meal. Best gelato in C-land. Nice people.

    Great food!

Great food, cute little cafe like place...The prices are a tad too high, but they do have fantastic soups...and the gelato is awesome! Service can be overall kind of slow so don't go here if u are in a rush!

    Yummy

The food is yummy and the service is great (actually, the people working are great, but it did seem like it place was understaffed). A bit overpriced, but I was hungry and the chicken panini I got was sooo good.

    Great food

The food at Massa is outstanding. It is truly very, very good. Unfortunately, at the University Village location, the restaurant is completely understaffed. They had a nice young girl taking orders and making the food all through the lunch rush, which had many people waiting close to 45 minutes for a panini. People did complain and the young lady was very apologetic, which is nice to see, but in the end that does not change the fact that everybody in there was saying, "Where is our food? We've been waiting for almost an hour." I feel especially bad for one lady who must have waited 25 minutes for a bowl of soup. She was, to say the least, unhappy. Probably not much more unhappy than everyone else in the restaurant though. So in the end, a basic lunch costed about 12 bucks a person, which is becoming more and more standard, but the service was so bad it made everyone wonder why they would pay that much. When the food came, it seemed worth the wait. But, in retrospect, nothing is worth that kind of wait for paninis.
