i've been in the neighborhood for 6 years and this place has been a long time favorite of mine. great food. reasonable pricing. always quick and very nice to deal with. they make my favorite Basil Fried Rice over any place i've tried from Chi Tung out south to any number of places on the northside.

Boooo. What happened to Thai Castle? New name, new owners? The food is definitely not as good. I waited an hour and a half for my food. It was more expensive and smaller portions. The food was o.k. at best. Thai castle was amazing, I'm sad to see it go. I have to resort to other Thai places now. You be the judge.

This is my favorite Thai delivery in Chicago. Every single thing I have devoured off of this menu has been completely wonderful. Great portions and everything tastes and smells SO FRESH!! I would definitely recommend the lettuce wraps as everyone who I've had try them has just about died in tasty pleasure. The atmosphere is nothing to get too excited about, so I tend to get delivery more often than not. Downside to delivery.. the sometimes hour+ wait time. Apparently they are one popular joint!

Ive been going here for years now, and their food is quite excellent. Almost tastes homey. Big fan of the Tom Yum Noodle soup here served as a seafood soup with noodles. Chunks of art.crab, shrimp balls, veggies. Can be rather spicy sometimes too, good forehead sweat. The Crab Rangoon, FIsh Cake, Basil Fried Rice, TC Golden Noodle and Exotic Duck all stand out as favorites. Many more dishes worth going for though. I was not impressed with the Pot Stickers, Chx Satay, TC Seafood Salad (very small portion) or the Drunken Noodles. The menu has some unique choices so its fun to try new stuff from time to time, however you cant ALWAYS pick a winner. Friends have gotten a variety of the other meals and have gotten mostly positive reviews. For the record, Ive never eaten IN the place so I gave a middle of the road 2.5 to be fair.

Thai Castle is the most authentic Thai place in this part of town. The food has great flavors and you get a lot for your $. The place itself is nothing special, so I would recommend carry out. Highly recommended!!!
