    not coming back

Service was very poor. we placed a reservation with opentable for 9PM. They kept us waiting to be seated until 9:30! Kitchen is also very slow, it took them 40minutes to bring out the entrees (there are only 15-16 tables at the restaurant).

    Disappointing and certainly not Latin!

We dined here two weeks ago on a Friday night. We had never been here before and wanted to try something different. We usually go to Quatro for Excellent Latin food. When we got there it was crazy and noisy with the poor hostess running in seven different directions. We had reservations. Ok, we were not at all impressed with the decor and the tiny space but we were anxious to taste the food. To make a long story short the food was tasteless and dry. I had a hunk of chicken in a banana leaf that had absolutely no taste. It seems like this might be more of a drinking crowd here so food is secondary. Oh well, live and learn.

    Amazing Latin Food

The food and atmosphere at Mambo is great. I take visitors from out of twon there often and they always remark on what a fun and delicious restaurant it is. The tortilla chips with salsa and guacamole are a great start to the night (or lunch). Don't miss the pork on mashed potatos, one of my favorites and apparently the favorite of a lot of other patrons of the restaurant. The slamon and the filet are great alternatives also. The service there has always been great.
