Splendid fish tacos
I only eat seafood and vegetables and I love tacos. That leaves fish tacos. I've had em all over the city. They're outstanding at Maiz. Nothing fancy. In fact, they're pretty bare, but the fish is flavorful and doesn't really require anything to dress it up. The chips tasted stale to me, but pommegranate seeds on the guac put a sweet crunch in the bite and I didn't care. Salsas on the table were also worthy. The place is cheap, order up!

Best Mexican Food In Chicago
The place is small but neat. The food is extremely fresh and very good. It is by far the best Mexican in the city that I have had.

Great place
We took our small children here for an early dinner one recent weekend. The food was great and the staff was accommodating and friendly.
