The food is good compared to the standard fast food places, sandwiches can be made to order. It is nothing fancy, but it is all fresh and not pakaged. The prices are reasonable for downtown especially when compared to Panera, Cozi or Corner Bakery.

I've been working in the same building as this place for over 10 years now and I've got to say, this place should get out and leave us with something decent. Other than the packaged goods, which are unspecial there is little to recommend this place. And the service ranges anywhere from apathetic to downright rude. For example, I had to explain my order to some person three times and when I finally got it, it was STILL wrong. If this were an isolated incident, I could accept it. But it's part of a pattern of the type of people they get to work there. People who don't want to be there, don't want to work, and don't seem to care about giving good service. Maybe it's just me. Maybe it's my punishment for being to lazy to walk the extra half-block for a decent breakfast. Shame on me, I guess.

This place was definitely a nice change of pace to all of the fast food and quick delis in the area. I found that the quality of food was great as was the service. If you are looking for a hearty, healthy option for a quick lunch downtown, check this place out.
