should have went to harolds
I was in this leons on sunday and I ordered 4 thighs they only had 2 thighs and they wanted to give me 2 legs and 2 thighs in place of 4 thighs and when I told the cashier that I would not be able to accept that they cook took it upon herself to give me 2 thighs and 1 breast. I don't even like white meat. I was too far to take it back and I couldn't understand the number on the reciept to call them back . Also I had someone with me that ordered a tip link combo and they didn't hardly give her any food one link and tip scraps. Not what I would consider as a meal!!!! I am not going to be that quick to go back there there food use to be so good and they use to give you alot more food , they are even skimpy on the sauce!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

only reason i go back is for the hot links , their ribs are average and their chicken is dry.

Bad Ribs
The food was very bad. the ribs were under cooked , very fat and a lot of grease. Also the fries had been rewarmed and were hard.

The best of all
I have never had the best bbq in town ever since I've moved to merrillville Indiana, I have been looking for good bbq. Every once in a while whenever i'm in the city I have to visit leons for the best chicken and ribs considering that I grew up on leons around 55th racine. I even have my children wanting for leons. Also ever think about putting a leons in Indiana?

Great hot links, bad, sad ribs
Ribs are not that good, rib tips slightly better, but hot links are the bomb. Haven't tried the other stuff, but only going back for their links. Don't understand the fuss about their claim-to-fame ribs 'cause I'm not having them ever again..rather go to Lem's. Atmosphere...what atmosphere other than the line you stand in.

Out Of This World BBQ!! The Best Ever!
I have been to Leons twice in Chicago and it is like no other BBQ I have ever tasted, with the exception of Ribs Unlimited which is also in Chicago. All I can say about Leons is, You Can't Get Any Better Tasting BBQ around!!
