Food is average at best. Was a better value when they were a BYOB. Serving size is small for the price but decent none the less. Compared to others - this place is overpriced They are pretty much the only restaurant of this type in this neighborhood so Im thinking that’s how they keep the doors open. It’s a shame cause it’s a nice location and the dining room is really nice. No real value or reason to go for that matter.

We made reservations for a dinner party of 19 people at 7:00 pm. There was one overworked waitress to serve the entire restaurant and two lazy bus boys that barely waited on our tables. The waitress said she was not aware of our reservation. The manager was hiding in the corner by the bar pretending to be on the phone. We ended up clearing our own tables of used appetizer plates. One of our guests ended up getting water from the back kitchen so that we could serve ourselves. The waitress took half of the orders, then went off to take care of other customers. The same guest who brought water, also offered to help finish taking the rest of the orders. The waitress came back to verify orders and she still screwed up. When the orders were finally brought to the table at 9:00 pm, two (2) were missing and those took another 45 minutes to prepare. So when the bill was prepared - guess what, they found our reservation - I did not see any other 19+ party in attendance that evening and they automatically added an 18% gratuity. We complained and at first they offered their apologies for lousy service with a complimentary $6 bottle of wine and a $30 dollar gift certifcate for the next time we come back. The manager did not step in once to help the whole night, he just sat back and watched the chaos unfold - completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. We called the owner and all we got was a 10% police discount. Food: The steaks are thin - the main course looks more like an appetizer prepared carpaccio style. The chef doesn't have the timing down for medium rare...as the hot plate overcooked the steak within minutes. The shrimp is overcooked to the point where they curl into tough tiny "O's" instead of tender juicy "C's". They use the same oil to fry banannas, yucca, and other sides - so there is a lot of cross-flavoring. Avoid this place, it is not a "Premier Colombian Steakhouse", it is a run-down poorly renovated attempt for a dining experience. You have been warned. If you don't believe this can happen - I can get the other 18 people to post the same negative review.
