Adequate Mexican...
Not the great food I remember from eating there as a kid. Perhaps the Berwyn location is better or my taste buds have changed but I prefer Pancho Pistolas' food and margaritas now. The great thing about Chicago is you can get great Mexican food for about $3; Lalo's definitely overcharges. Still does have good atmosphere.
