    An average Irish pub

The food is good. They have a nice beer list, with knowledgeable bartenders and friendly staff. The service is hit or miss, but usually slow. Their policy states that they don't bring water to the table unless asked, and then only to those at the table who ask. A little expensive for the quality and service.

    Great food and atmosphere!

We loved the food - great french onion soup loved the fries with syrup and the beet salad was very good. Excellent beer choices, the place was very crowded but we did not feel like we were tight for space and it was not too loud. Would go back for sure! very good service but not on top of us and no trying to rush us out.

    I loved this place

This was our first time here and we will be back. The food was great. I had the Ultimate Grilled Cheese sandwich--it was fantastic. My husband had the cheeseburger which was big and juicy. He was also impressed with the beer list. Our waiter, Benjamen, was attentive, but not annoying. He answered our questions and offered suggestions. We also loved the Sweet Potato Fries with the maple syrup. We will definitely be back.

    All Flash

We live in Andersonville and were anxious for Lady Gregory's to open. It looks amazing with great decor and bar presence. However the food was greasy, bland and over priced. Orders such as a burger come with no sides. So you pay top dollar for a lousy sandwich then pay on top of that for fries.. I would give Gregory's a 4.5 for atmosphere but the two times we were there the music was so loud we had to shout at each other just converse. I had a great Mojito. Perhaps drinks is what they do best. But forget the food.

    not good for andersonville

Been here a few times trying to give it chance but bad food and really bad service and we love to dine out all over the place. This place needs to change quickly if you are going to excel in the neighborhood. Get some servers that know what they are doing.

    Best Restaurant/Bar in Andersonville

I have eaten here over a handful of times and have never been disappointed in anything. I never rate restaurants but felt compelled after I saw the poor reviews below. I have had numerous servers and have gone at many times of the day...had drinks at the bar while waiting on a busy night...and have tried many different foods on the menu. I LOVE the atmosphere, the drink selection, and the food we have ordered. Favorites are #1 the lobster Mac and cheese (to die for-has become one of my favorite Chicago dishes) and the cheddar and spinach or cheddar artichoke appetizer. Love it! Thank you for coming to the neighborhood Lady Gregory's!
