Meh
I had the Liapingachos potato pancakes served with fried eggs, chorizo, and avocado. It was missing some sabor. The potato pancakes are kind of bland. Sausage was good. Just okay. But the tamale was the best. I will try again.

We loved this place!!!!
We had the chicken enchiladas with salsa verde (which were absolutly the best, freshest enchiladas we ever had anywhere) and the chiles rellenos which were fabulous! Withe 2 margaritas and 2 beers for $35. You can't beat the quality at any price. The atmosphere wasn't anything special but the place was packed on a Sunday night and it was Memorial day weekend. The best we've found so far.

Great addition to Old Irving, The Villa
La Humita starts as a great place to get Equadorian food for under $15. Now has a liquor license. But, upstairs is a true gem. Owners renovated an upstairs apartment that transports you to Quito, the capital. Great music and drinks (best Margarita and Mojito). Open to 2 am. Great option for The Villa, Old Irving and Avondale people.
