I was invited to eat there by a friend and was very pleased the first time. The second time my rice was warm to cold , morcilla warm, ( dont like cold or warm food) l like my food hot. So l decided to invite my friend and try it out for the third time. Food was warm to cold including pork and the rice was heavy on comino (yuk) my friend didn't like that either. The reason iam writing this review is because I believe that this is a good place and can improve and have exito if everything is serve nice and hot. Also there are others Puerto Rican restaurant that we have visit all the way from Indiana that I dont really care for. For that l can stop at the caseta where they have PR food warm to cold.I pass by Chicago quité often and like to eat my Puerto Rican food. I have recommended this place as the best Please dont let it go in bad service. We are proud of our heritage and want others to feel the same. Thank you very much! PS get rid of the COMINO

Dissatisfied with deliver/pick up orders. They always forget something. My first time pick up was upsetting. I got home and did not get my order of tostones. Then they have the nerve to ask me to pick them up, when it was their mistake. When they finally delivered my Tostones, they were cold, and again they forgot the garlic & oil. I waited an hour for them to be delivered. Poor service all together. My experience with them has been the same, opportunity after opportunity, they seem to forget one thing or the other. The food is not so great. I've ordered three times from them. Two deliveries & one pick. I'm done with them.

I have just finished eating my leftovers from last night. I had a lechon sandwich and a mofongo with some chicken cardo which is the juice that you can ask for from the stewed chicken so that you can dip your mofongo in. It was delicious!! I can not say in words how much their monfongo taste, because you need to try it. It is the best!! This is the only place that I feel comfortable to have my cultural food from when I don't want to cook, or when I want to buy frozen pasteles for the holiday, or for any time.

Often times there is less portion than what you pay for but the food is really good. Just wish they would put more on the plate. I've been in the resturant to eat inside and the service is not coordinated. They take too long to check and serve the customer. Just need to pick up the speed a bit. The food is very, very good. I would suggest because of the that reason. Order for take out.
