Amazing food + BYOB + belly dancer = great value

A fantastic spot for groups who want good atmosphere and "something a bit different." Really good, simple Lebanese food...belly dancer on some nights...and BYOB. Service is solid and they do well with groups.

    Great Place

I went with some friends at 8:30 on a Saturday and had a wonderful experience. I had the KZ special with three different kabobs and they were perfectly cooked and seasoned. My friend had the vefetarian combination and it was one of the best dishes not involving meat I have had lately. Their BYOB policy makes this place very reasonable for the location, food and atmosphere. The dancer came on at the place exploded. I highly recommmend Kan Zaman.

    A Must!

This was one of the best restaurants I've ever been to! The food was excellent (I thought a little on the expensive side, but totally worth it), and the atmosphere was incomparable. Between the awesome booths, the belly dancer, and the hookah it was absolutely phenominal. I strongly recommend everyone to check this place out. Next time I'm in Chicago I'm definitely going to go back. Truly, this place is jewel!

Great Food, Great Atmosphere & BYOB!

I love this place!! The food is really tasty, authentic, and affordable (tenderloin kabobs are like $16...and the portion is huge!). It is BYOB and they don't seem to mind if you linger on a few bottles of wine...especially if you order a hookah! Atmosphere is great (sit in one of the mediterranean-style booths), restaurant is never overly-crowded. My only complaint is service can be a bit slow.
